We offer isolated offices with a separate entrance from the common hall on each floor. Besides spacious rooms each office block includes a common corridor, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is possible to rent separate rooms. All the premises are equipped with ventilation system, Internet and telephone lines (any number of lines may be connected on the tenant’s requirement); it’s possible to install air conditioners and on-air TV connection.
Total area of business center offices is 3728 sq. m. Minimum area of one office is 12 sq. m.
The building of Baikal Center Business is equipped with emergency annunciation system in case of a fire and with a modern system of fire-extinguishing.
Tenants are provided with parking places at an open parking lot (its territory is fenced, there is round-the-clock video surveillance and a guarding post).
Cost of rent includes the payment for utilities, electricity and daily professional cleaning of the rooms. Cost of the premise rent includes the VAT of 18 %.
For an additional payment there may be provided the furniture which is not included into the initial furnishing of the office as well as a place in a heated underground garage (with a car wash).
Tenants have a 20 % discount in the hotel of Baikal Business Center and a 15 % discount for the rent of conference halls.
