On September, 9-12th in Irkutsk there took place the XIX International Conference of “Russian Association on Human Reproduction” (RAHR) “Reproductive technologies today and tomorrow”. It was attended by 385 experts from all the regions of Russia as well as from Belarus, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Germany, France, the Great Britain, Slovenia, Finland, Austria, Sweden and the USA. Mongolia and Yemen representatives visited the conference for the first time.
“Grand Baikal” company acted as the conference technical operator, its experts were responsible for the premises, meals, transportation and post-congress program. On the 9th and 10th of September on the basis of Irkutsk regional clinical hospital there were conducted nine scientific and practical seminars.
The main activities of the conference took place at Sibexpocenter and small conference hall of Baikal Business Center.
According to RAHR the conference was attended by the leading experts of reproductive medicine from different countries. International pharmaceutical companies Schering-Plough, Ferring Pharmaceuticals and others conducted their symposiums with participation of the leading foreign experts.
Besides RAHR, the conference organizers were the Ministry of Health of Irkutsk region, the magazine “Issues of Reproduction” and Irkutsk region Association of obstetricians-gynecologists.
Following the results of the conference the “Grand Baikal” company received the letter of RAHR president Vladislav Korsak with expression of gratitude to the operator for the organization of an impressive medical forum.
