Since 1997 Baikal Business Center is the largest business center not only of Irkutsk, but of Baikal region as well. It is located in Solnechny, an ecological district of the city. It includes a 10-floor office building, a number of conference halls, hotel, restaurant and bars. It’s a 5-7 minute drive from the airport, a 15 minute from the centre of Irkutsk and an hour drive from Lake Baikal (settlement Listvyanka).

The congress centre has halls with capacity of 250 and 350 people, meeting rooms, press conference hall, and dining and banquet halls. Panoramic halls on the 10th floor can accommodate 50 people. All the halls have modern equipment.
